Justine is the Bakery Manager and owner of the Bakehouse Espresso Group along with her husband Troy.

Daniel Fulginiti is a standout, his story of returning to Vincentia high as a teacher and bringing with him his hospitality knowledge of the industry and his talented skills as a Chef to teach and aspire the students at Vincentia high.

Di Laver remembers Sam as a quiet reserved student at TAFE Illawarra, Sam was serious and passionate about becoming a chef.

Di first met the Reminis family some 40 years ago while running her business Di’s deli at Vincentia. Then through her role as Senior Head Teacher of Hospitality at Nowra TAFE she worked with John Snr when he was mentoring young bakery apprentices.

A career path in the hospitality industry can really take you anywhere you want to go, along the way as you train and learn, the industry naturally brings like minded professionals together.
