This year, over seven weeks, we will showcase the diversity and the quality of our hospitality industry in the Shoalhaven throughout the Autumn Celebration of Food.
The Industry Launch of the Autumn Celebration of Food 2026, attracts around 150 hospitality business owners and operators from across the region with many local chefs showcasing their expertise in a range of tastings, accompanied by Shoalhaven beverages - served by our Gaining Through Training hospitality students who are drawn from across the local high schools.
This event provides an opportunity for the whole membership to come together to celebrate all that is unique to our Shoalhaven region – its produce, its hospitality personnel, and the passion for both that is shared by each of our operators. We look forward to seeing you there!
