Mick or affectionately known as Bluey is an experience chef who brings a calmness to the kitchen. Mick has worked in restaurants across Sydney including his successful career in running multiple venues including his own restaurant. His commitment to bringing consistent high-quality dishes to Pelican Shores is evident by the many positive reviews we receive.
As a chef, Kurt loves his trade. Starting out as a butcher he has an immense knowledge of meats, and this has expanded to all foods as his trade transitioned to cheffing. Kurt has a passion for bringing you delicious food as he puts his touch to presentation of each dish for your personal enjoyment.
