Bringing inspiration and flavours from the middle east, NOMAH is a small restaurant located on the beautiful south coast of NSW Australia.

Hamon, the owner of NOMAH.  has been passionate about food thanks to his family, even as a boy he was always in the kitchen cooking.

Following his dream and growing his skills as a chef eventually took him from a small town in England to Australia. After years of hard work, Hamon started the journey of NOMAH from humble beginnings as a food truck in 2021. Following the food trucks great success NOMAH was given the opportunity to do a pop-up restaurant for six months in Milton where Hamon's partner Sky and friend Jess became the dream team. in that very short amount of time NOMAH became the talk of the town and with such great feedback Hamon and Sky have made NOMAH a destination restaurant featuring authentic middle-eastern cuisine.
