Artisanal bakes meet a laidback coastal lifestyle at Lagom Bakery. Located at the heart of Burrill Lake, we make traditional good-for-your-guts sourdough using ethically sourced, sustainable ingredients. Our specialty loaves – plus flaky, buttery pastries, coffee and a curated selection of local goods – have visitors coming from near and far, gathering by the lake with friends old and new. We exist to nourish our community with great food and good company. Named after the Swedish word, we are ‘just the right amount’: a daily slice of bread, a sweet treat after a long day and a welcoming smile on every visit.
