Course Two: “Shanklish” Middle Eastern herb crusted cheese salad with grilled pita 

Course Three: Twice baked goats cheese soufflé with crispy pancetta & soubise sauce

Course Four: Braised red wine beef cheek with Roman style emmental cheese gnocchi & autumn greens

Course Five: German quark cheese tart with marinated raisins, candied quince and toasted almonds

Course Six: Selection of local farmhouse cheeses, and local condiments

Our fourth year of our showcase dinner will again work with Nowra's Tara Distillery to serve paired cocktails featuring the Tara Distillery spirits. Add $50pp for 5 cocktails.
