Pelican Shores is thrilled to host the More Than Lunch event for April 2025. A Taste of the Sea lunch offers a seafood inspired lunch overlooking the pristine Sussex Inlet.

Enjoy an amazing seafood platter showcasing local Sussex lobsters and Greenwell oysters as well as prawns and fish served with a Sussex Green House Salad. Platters served between 2 diners. Followed by a trio of desserts with local Sussex strawberries.

Glass of champagne courtesy of Sussex Inlet Chamber of Commerce served on arrival. BYO alcohol, soft drinks available for sale.

The 'More than" part will be a conversation with the personality behind the produce, plus a lucky door prize. What better way to spend an Autumn Friday lunch than at beautiful Sussex Inlet.

       More Than Lunch will be held at one venue in the region on the first Friday of each month. Keep a lookout on the Shoalhaven Food Network website for more details and booking information.   

Iconic restaurants, wineries and food producers have been selected to provide an immersive experience. In addition to a specially created two course lunch starting with a glass of something delicious on arrival, diners will be treated to a guest speaker, or tour of the brewery, winery, restaurant or farm, or culinary demonstration of the finest food and beverage products. Head chefs, proprietors and producers will share their insights and experiences. Lunches will be held among the vines and groves in Autumn, by a cosy fire in Winter, under shady trees and by the water in Summer or surrounded by art and the Shoalhaven landscape in Spring. Each establishment will bring something special to the More Than Lunch experience.
