Angie’s Food / The Valley Table

A passion for local produce and cooking for the community is where Angie’s heart lies. Angie’s Food was born out of a desire to share her food with others. After living and working in food in Sydney for 15 years, she now calls Kangaroo Valley home.

Angie currently runs Angie's Food, a small micro fermentation lab producing specialty condiments and drinks using all local produce - a real passion project. 

Angie also runs The Valley Table, a local catering business making gourmet ready-made meals, catering small events, private dinner parties and acts as the private chef for many prestige properties around the Valley. Angie says living in Kangaroo Valley is a privilege and a dream.
