Willinga Park Head Chef Luke Bow and Sean McCarthy from Season and Savour guided this group of aspiring young Ulladulla HS students during the Willinga Park Long Lunch event.  The students gained further first hand experience at this amazing industry event, following their upskilling training with TAFE Ulladulla.  The students also worked under the supportive guidance of industry mentor Amanda Jeffrey while serving guests in the fine dining experience in the world class facility of Willinga Park. The Gaining through Training journey has built much needed industry skills in these young emerging hospitality professionals to take our industry into the future.
