I’m Brad, owner and baker here at Terra & Mare Pizzeria (Land and the Sea).
I’ve been a local baker and pastry chef in the region for over ten years now and had the opportunity to start something of my own.
Our pizzas / pastas and desserts are a traditional Italian style of baking, with handmade pastas and sourdough pizza bases as a staple.
I believe local and regional farmers, backyard growers and producers play a huge critical role in our food and restaurant community.
We pride ourselves on using quality local and regional produce where possible, supporting producers from the mountains to the ocean. Specialising in naturally fermented doughs, our takeaway pizzas are a must!
