flour water salt bakery is a family owned business belonging to Joost & Kirsty Hilkemeijer operating bakery cafes in the charming seaside villages Milton, Kiama and Huskisson. Our wholesale bakery is located in the beautiful town of Berry.
 
We believe you don’t have to do a million things, just a few and do those few right. We don’t offer countless types of breads, cakes or sandwich varieties, just a few that we think are delicious and we hope that you will think so too.
