The Summer High Tea is a 2-hour sitting of delicacies served on vintage crockery with a

• duo of sandwiches (cucumber and cream cheese; turkey and house made pickle),
• Pesto and chicken pinwheel wrap,
• Dill & Gruyere cheese frittata topped with smoked salmon,
• Chicken liver pate & beetroot relish canapé,
• Pork and chicken terrine with fruit chutney,
• Duo of mini-cakes (flavours may include almond, lemon, blueberry, strawberry, pistachio, and passionfruit),
• Chocolate mousse, and
• House made scones with locally made jam.
  
  ALL ITEMS WILL BE MADE WITH GLUTEN FREE INGREDIENTS.
