Join us on our balcony for a mouthwatering plate of southern style comfort food straight from the smoker to your plate. Slow and low smoked brisket and chicken wings seasoned to perfection with melt in your mouth tenderness. Added to your plate will be a selection of two uniquely flavoured sausages made inhouse at our local Inlet Butcher and barbequed to perfection. Enjoy classic Southern-style sides like creamy mac 'n' cheese, tangy coleslaw and marinated pickles. The plate is then topped off by the unique smoked flavours of White Feather Design relishes and onion jam.
