Earnest Arthur is a family run business, that’s why we chose a family name. Named after Pete’s late father, Arthur, to us the name represents our core values of humility, loyalty, class and determination. Even the staff and regular customers here become like family, creating an accepting and relaxed vibe.
Our pies are baked fresh in our bakery every day! This means we can use quality fresh ingredients in our pies ranging from local beef cheeks to snapper and prawns. Our pies range from humble classics like the Cheese and Bacon and Cottage to innovative flavour experiences like the Surf and Turf, Nacho or Satay Chicken.
Each pie has a story to tell and they don’t hit the shelves unless they’re perfect!
Our bakers work tirelessly to bring you the pastries you love. Head Baker Vince is highly qualified and has over 15 years experience in the industry while our apprentice, Beau, is diligently and enthusiastically picking up the craft. Both guys are passionate about their work and it shows.
We even have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan pies and sausage rolls!
