The Autumn Celebration is a six weeklong celebration of the tourism and hospitality industry that showcases the diversity and the best we have to offer in the Shoalhaven. The Launch attracts around 150 hospitality business owners and operators from across the region with approximately 10 local chefs showcasing their expertise in a range of tastings, accompanied by Shoalhaven beverages - served by our hospitality students who are drawn from across the local high schools.

This event provides an opportunity for the whole membership to come together to celebrate all that is unique to our Shoalhaven region – its produce, its hospitality personnel, and the passion for both that is shared by each of our operators.
